NAD+ therapy
Three ways in. The difference is the shape of the dose.
NAD+ is a coenzyme found in every living cell, with a central role in energy production, DNA repair, and healthy cellular aging. Levels decline as we get older, and stress, poor sleep, and everyday demands take their own toll. What separates our three delivery methods isn't the molecule — it's how much time your cells actually spend with it.
Clients come to NAD+ therapy looking to support mental clarity, sustained energy, recovery, and overall vitality. Your protocol is set after a consultation reviewing your goals and health history.
Why it matters
A coenzyme your cells cannot work without
NAD+ sits at the center of several processes that quietly determine how you feel day to day. Its decline with age is one of the better-documented features of cellular aging.
Energy production
NAD+ is essential to the reactions that convert what you eat into usable cellular energy. When it runs low, the machinery that produces that energy runs less efficiently.
DNA repair
The enzymes that detect and repair damage to DNA depend on NAD+ to function. Repair capacity is not free — it draws on the same pool.
Healthy cellular aging
NAD+ supports the regulatory proteins involved in how cells maintain and repair themselves over time, which is why it features so heavily in aging research.
Our three modalities
Choose the approach that fits your body, your schedule, and your goals
All three deliver the same coenzyme. They differ in how fast it arrives, how high it goes, how long it stays, and how much of your day it costs you.
NAD+ injections
a few minutesA quick intramuscular or subcutaneous injection delivers a concentrated dose in a matter of minutes — a convenient entry point for clients who are short on time and want a fast, no-fuss visit.
The trade-off: the full dose arrives all at once, so your body absorbs a bolus in a short window rather than a steady supply. Some clients experience temporary flushing or discomfort as levels spike.
NAD+ IV therapy
two to four hoursThe traditional gold standard for high-dose NAD+, delivering the coenzyme directly into the bloodstream with complete bioavailability. Because it must be infused slowly to stay comfortable, a session runs a few hours in our lounge.
The trade-off: it requires carving out a significant block of your day, and the elevated levels taper off once the drip ends.
NAD+ iontophoresis
hours of wear, no chair timeA gentle, imperceptible electrical current carries charged NAD+ molecules through the skin via a discreet wearable patch. No needles, no IV line, and no appointment block to schedule around.
Rather than a rapid spike your body has to process at once, delivery unfolds gradually across the whole wear period.
Our featured modality
Why more of our clients are choosing iontophoresis
Iontophoresis is a long-established technique — used for decades in physical therapy and dermatology — that applies a low-level electrical current to the skin. Because like charges repel, the current actively pushes charged molecules across the skin barrier rather than waiting for them to drift through on their own.
- Unmatched convenience Apply the patch and go. There's no appointment block to schedule around and no recovery from injection-site soreness. Wear it at work, at home, running errands, or overnight — your NAD+ session fits into your life instead of interrupting it.
- Maximized dose exposure Rather than a rapid spike your body must process all at once, iontophoresis delivers NAD+ gradually and continuously. This steady-state delivery is designed to keep more of your dose available to your cells across the session, rather than peaking and clearing quickly.
- Extended time under dose Because delivery unfolds over hours of wear, your tissues experience a prolonged, sustained elevation — far longer than the brief window of an injection, and without being tethered to an IV pole. Longer, steadier exposure means more opportunity for your cells to put NAD+ to work.
- Gentle and comfortable No flushing, no needle sticks, no infusion-rate discomfort. Most clients forget they're wearing the patch at all.
Putting it together
Which modality is right for you?
Every body is different, and many clients combine modalities rather than picking one. A common pattern is a periodic IV session to establish a protocol, supported by regular iontophoresis wear in between — the infusion for depth, the patch for consistency.
During your consultation, our team will review your goals and health history and help you build the NAD+ protocol that suits how you actually live. If you're needle-averse, short on time, or simply curious whether the sustained approach feels different, ask about our iontophoresis program.
NAD+ therapy is provided following consultation and review of your health history, and is not appropriate for every client. NAD+ preparations used in these therapies are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and NAD+ is not approved for the indications described here. Research into NAD+ supplementation and its effects in humans is ongoing and much of it remains preliminary; delivery profiles shown on this page are conceptual illustrations rather than measured patient data, and the amount of NAD+ absorbed varies by individual and by route. Intravenous infusion carries risks including infusion-site reaction, and rapid administration may cause flushing, chest tightness, or nausea. Individual results vary and no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
